Terms and Conditions for Hozan Global General Trading – Car Sales

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of both new and used vehicles (“Cars”) by Hozan Global General Trading (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) to customers (“You,” “Your”). By purchasing a vehicle from Us, You agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

2. Purchasing a Vehicle

2.1 Vehicle Selection: You may choose from a variety of new and used vehicles available at Hozan Global General Trading. All vehicles are subject to availability at the time of purchase.
2.2 Condition of Vehicles: We ensure that all used cars are thoroughly inspected for safety and performance prior to sale. However, since used cars may show signs of wear due to age and mileage, we provide detailed vehicle history reports upon request.
2.3 Pricing: Prices for vehicles are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Additional costs such as taxes, delivery charges, or registration fees may apply and are not included in the vehicle price unless specified.

3. 6-Month Warranty

3.1 Warranty Coverage: All vehicles, whether new or used, are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery or collection. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship.
3.2 Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
– Wear and tear: Includes, but is not limited to, brake pads, tires, wiper blades, or batteries.
– Damage from misuse or neglect: This includes accidents, water damage, and improper maintenance.
– Routine maintenance services: Such as oil changes, tire rotations, or fluid top-ups.

3.3 Claims Process: If a defect covered by the warranty arises, You must notify Us within the warranty period. We will assess the issue and either repair or replace the defective part free of charge, at Our discretion.

4. 14-Day Cancellation Policy

4.1 Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel Your purchase within 14 days of the delivery or collection date of the vehicle without providing any reason.
4.2 Cancellation Process: To cancel Your purchase, You must notify Us in writing (via email or post) within the 14-day period. Please include Your full name, address, vehicle details (make, model, VIN, and registration number), and the date of purchase.
4.3 Return of the Vehicle: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was when delivered or collected, with no modifications or damage. It should also be free of any outstanding fines or charges.
4.4 Refund Process: After the vehicle is returned, We will process Your refund within 14 days. A deduction may be made for any delivery costs or damages incurred.
4.5 Exclusions: The 14-day cancellation policy does not apply to:
– Vehicles used for business or commercial purposes.
– Sales completed after a customer inspection and acceptance of the vehicle in writing.

5. Half-Price Parts Offer

5.1 Eligibility: Customers who purchase a vehicle from Hozan Global General Trading are eligible for 50% off the price of parts for any future repairs or replacements made at Our service center.
5.2 How It Works: The half-price discount applies to genuine parts purchased through Our service department, and it also applies to labor costs for the installation of these parts.
5.3 Exclusions: This offer does not apply to third-party or aftermarket parts, accessories, or products. It also does not apply to labor costs if the work is carried out at an external garage.

6. Payment and Financing

6.1 Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or financing options (subject to credit approval).
6.2 Financing: If You choose to finance Your vehicle, You must meet Our credit criteria. Financing agreements are separate from the sale and are subject to the terms and conditions set by the lending institution.
6.3 Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure Your vehicle purchase. This deposit is refundable only if You exercise Your right to cancel under the 14-day cancellation policy.

7. Delivery and Collection

7.1 Delivery: Delivery of the vehicle will be arranged at a mutually agreed time and location. Delivery charges may apply based on your location.
7.2 Collection: If You wish to collect the vehicle from Our premises, please schedule a pickup time with Us in advance.

8. Liability

8.1 Limitation of Liability: Hozan Global General Trading is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages or losses arising from the sale or use of the vehicle.
8.2 Insurance: You are responsible for arranging insurance for the vehicle once the sale is completed, either at the time of collection or delivery.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 Data Collection: By purchasing a vehicle from Us, You consent to the collection and use of Your personal information in accordance with Our Privacy Policy, which governs how We process and protect Your data.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

10.1 Right to Amend: We reserve the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on Our website and will take effect immediately. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
11.2 Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, We encourage You to contact Us directly for resolution. If the issue cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) or, if necessary, the relevant courts in Dubai, UAE.
